Our tenth % Arabica store in Kuwait is located at Assima Mall, a vibrant hub near the heart of Kuwait City’s business district. Named after the Arabic word for "capital, " Assima Mall spans six levels, offering an exciting mix of shopping, entertainment, and leisure for families, locals, and international visitors. With a variety of stores showcasing both contemporary and high-street brands—some new to Kuwait—Assima Mall blends modern design with urban parks and rooftop cafes, creating a dynamic space that thoughtfully integrates outdoor areas. For this location, the design team at ciguë crafted a stunning coffee pavilion. The white brick walls nod to local clay constructions and desert installations, blending beautifully with % Arabica’s minimalist style. Translucent canvas stretches over the pavilion, allowing light to filter through. Guests can enjoy their coffee within the pavilion or opt for outdoor seating, while admiring the unique architecture from every angle.
