Our second store in Qatar is located in the seafront city of Lusail, within Place Vendome, a premier destination designed to be one of Qatar’s top travel hubs. Lusail offers an array of attractions, including shopping and fine dining, making it a perfect spot for cosmopolitan travelers. Place Vendome takes inspiration from the romantic architecture of Paris, with its design echoing the famous Rue de la Paix, home to the original Place Vendome. The mall’s stunning seafront location is highlighted by a canal running directly from the sea, creating an open plaza experience with cafes and restaurants overlooking the water. For our store, we once again collaborated with no. 10 of Nomurakougeisha to blend local cultural elements with a minimalist design. Drawing inspiration from the traditional thobe garments worn across the Arabian Peninsula, the store features ribbed glass panels in varying sizes. These panels create unique overlapping effects, offering a different experience from every angle. The seating areas, located behind these ribbed glass layers, provide a sense of privacy while still allowing customers to feel connected to the bustling atmosphere and greenery around them. Luminous % signs hang from the ceiling, casting a soft, serene glow that enhances the calm ambiance of the space.
