The mall is situated in the Rai area, extending from the Fifth Ring Road to the south and Al Ghazali Highway to the east. We opened our store in Phase 4 of The Avenues, within a space known as The Forum. This entirely white,modern area draws influence from major cities like Los Angeles, Milan, and London, offering a contemporary metropolitan shopping experience. Architecturally inspired by Piazza San Marco in Venice, we embraced the design challenge to create a beautiful facade, a charming promenade, and an inviting outdoor seating area
